You must be aged 18 or over to participate.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date. Each account is issued a Member ID which identifies the member within the Choose Your Ticket system.

You may correct your account name if it has been entered incorrectly. Changing a name does not change the account's Member ID or email address.

We may ask for reasonable evidence of age, identity or eligibility before confirming a prize or where reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the service.

Before entering, check the live draw page for the prize, entry cost, available ticket information, closing information and available entry methods.

Availability is limited to the tickets or numbers made available for that draw. A ticket that has already been allocated or validly reserved cannot be allocated to another entrant at the same time.

Where a draw has a specific entry limit or other material condition, it will be shown with that draw or otherwise clearly communicated before entry.

Entry Credits may be used on draws that accept credits. The number of credits required is displayed before an entry is confirmed.

Credits are deducted only when an entry is successfully allocated. If an attempted entry is not completed, the system must not intentionally charge the same successful entry twice.

Entry Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn as cash unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Where direct purchase is available, you may buy an entry without purchasing a paid membership.

A selected or Auto Pick ticket may be reserved for up to 20 minutes while payment is completed through the payment provider. If checkout is cancelled or the reservation expires before payment is completed, the reservation may be released and made available again.

An entry is treated as purchased only after payment has been successfully confirmed and the reserved ticket has been fulfilled to the account.

Once a paid entry has been successfully allocated, it is generally final, subject to your statutory rights and any remedy that applies if the draw is cancelled or an error is attributable to us.

Paid memberships are optional. Current plan prices, monthly credit allowances and any promotional price are shown on the Membership page before subscription.

Paid memberships renew monthly on the applicable billing date until cancelled. If a renewal payment succeeds, the applicable monthly credits are added once. If a renewal payment fails, those monthly credits are not added for that failed payment.

You may request cancellation at the end of the current paid period. Existing unused credits are not automatically removed solely because a membership ends.

Unused credits roll over up to a maximum account balance of 500 credits. If a monthly membership award would take the account above 500, only the number required to reach 500 is added. The excess is forfeited and is not stored for later.

Promotional membership prices may be limited by duration, dates and/or new-member eligibility as stated when offered.

Where a draw offers paid entry, an eligible free postal entry route is also made available as shown within the service. No paid membership or purchase is required to use the free postal route.

Choose the relevant open draw, obtain the current postal instructions and include the information requested on the postal entry declaration so the entry can be identified and processed correctly.

Postal entries should be sent using ordinary First Class or Second Class post. Do not use a method that is required to cost more than the normal rate stated for the free route.

A postal entry must be physically received, checked and accepted before the applicable draw closes. Sending an entry does not itself guarantee receipt before the closing time.

Once a valid free postal entry has been accepted and allocated a ticket, it participates in the same draw as paid entries. The winner-determination process does not distinguish between an accepted free entry and a paid entry.

Some draws may be offered entirely free of charge. Where marked as a Free Number Draw, the entry uses 0 credits and no purchase is required.

The current system permits one member entry for each such draw. The entrant chooses from the available numbers shown before confirming the entry.

Where Player Pick is offered, you may choose an available colour-and-number combination.

Where Auto Pick is offered, the system allocates an available ticket automatically.

An entry becomes part of the draw only once its ticket has been successfully allocated and recorded. Your allocated entries can be viewed through My Entries and the relevant entry data display.

Entries must be completed and accepted before the applicable closing date/time shown for the draw.

Once a draw is closed, no further entries should be accepted for that draw.

We do not intend to change an advertised closing date routinely. If exceptional circumstances require a change, it should only be made where reasonably necessary and where doing so does not unfairly disadvantage people who entered under the original information.

For the current Choose Your Ticket draw format, the winning result is produced using the physical draw method described for the applicable draw and is recorded as a colour-and-number result.

The confirmed physical result is checked against the permanent entry records for that draw.

If the physical result corresponds to a ticket that was not allocated to any entrant, that result is recorded as a void result and another physical draw is required.

If the result matches an allocated entry, that entry is recorded as the winner when the result is finally confirmed by the authorised draw process.

Confirmed results may be displayed on the Winners page using the information permitted for public display.

We will use the contact information associated with the winning account to arrange verification and prize fulfilment where required.

A winner may be required to provide reasonable evidence of identity, age and eligibility before the prize is released.

The prize supplied will be the prize described for the draw, subject to any clearly stated draw-specific terms. Any cash alternative, substitution rights or special delivery arrangements must be stated for the relevant draw if they apply.

Standard prize fulfilment timescale: [TO BE CONFIRMED BEFORE LAUNCH].

If we cancel a draw, cannot provide the advertised prize, or identify a material error attributable to us, we will provide an appropriate remedy having regard to the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.

Depending on how the entry was made, this may include returning a direct payment to the original payment method, restoring Entry Credits, or another remedy that is clearly communicated and lawful.

A failed or cancelled payment does not create a paid entry. Where a payment has succeeded but confirmation is delayed, the service may continue checking the existing reservation rather than creating a duplicate purchase.

You must not attempt to manipulate a draw, interfere with ticket allocation, create entries using false information, misuse another person's account, or deliberately exploit a technical fault.

We may investigate entries or accounts where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraud, abuse, duplication or attempted manipulation. Any action taken must be proportionate and consistent with applicable law and these Terms.

Entries should not be rejected merely because they were made using the free route rather than a paid route.

The service includes account states such as Active, Cooling Off, Self-Excluded, Disabled and Closed.

Where an account restriction is active, entry or account functionality may be limited in accordance with that restriction. Existing account and transaction records may be retained where required for administration, fraud prevention, legal obligations or dispute handling.

We aim to keep the service available and entry records accurate, but internet, payment-provider or other technical interruptions can occur.

If a connection is interrupted while an entry is being processed, do not deliberately submit repeated purchases until the status of the original request has been checked. The service uses request/reservation controls intended to reduce accidental duplicate processing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Material draw conditions should not be changed after people have entered except where exceptional circumstances make a change reasonably necessary and the change is handled fairly.

We may update these general Terms for future use. A material change should not be applied retrospectively to an existing draw where doing so would unfairly disadvantage existing entrants.
